Exciting Leadership Skills Development Program

Our aspiring leaders embarked on a transformative Leadership Development Program amidst the enchanting beauty of a Reserved Forest!
The newly appointed prefects immersed themselves in a day filled with insightful workshops, team-building activities, and leadership exercises, all set against the backdrop of nature's serene embrace.
Navigating through the lush greenery, our prefects forged strong connections with each other, fostering a sense of camaraderie that will undoubtedly strengthen their teamwork and leadership skills.
The forest became more than just a location; it was a classroom where leadership lessons intertwined with the sounds of rustling leaves and the scent of fresh pine.
The program was designed by Lanka Leaders in Sustainable Development – LLSD, to unlock the untapped potential within each participant, encouraging them to embrace challenges, think innovatively, and lead with confidence.
A special thank goes to LLSD and to the forest officers in #dunumadalawaforest, for providing the perfect setting for this transformative experience. Nature truly played its part in nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.
